If you have been given an account to download the latest T1rho sequence, follow these instructions.

1. Download and install Filezilla (e.g. [1])

2. Select File -> Site Manager

3. Select 'New Site'

4. Name the site under 'Select Entry' 'TheSouthPoles'

5. For 'Host', type 'ftp.thesouthpoles.com'

6. For 'Servertype', select 'SFTP - SSH File Transfer Protocol'

7. For 'Logontype', select 'Normal'

8. For 'User' and 'Password' enter the username and password you were given.

9. Select 'Connect' and download your files by dragging and dropping from the right window (server) to the left (you).
